Terms of Service

These Terms set out the types, scope, and conditions of services provided by electronic means by SEVENLABS Prosta Spółka Akcyjna via the website at sevenlabs.pl.

The service provider is SEVENLABS Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 23/9, 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001218867, NIP 6292520671, contact email: biuro@sevenlabs.pl.

Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Each User is required to read these Terms before using the Website.

Terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• Terms — these Terms of Service for the provision of services by electronic means.
• Service Provider — SEVENLABS Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, identified as in § 1(2).
• User — a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Website.
• Website — the website at sevenlabs.pl, including all subpages.
• Services — services provided by the Service Provider by electronic means within the meaning of the Act.
• Contact Form — the form available on the Website used to contact the Service Provider.
• GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
• The Act — the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Dz.U. 2024 item 1513 consol.).

Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services by electronic means:

• Presentation of the Service Provider's offering in the area of software development (web and mobile applications, AI/RAG solutions, custom systems).
• Provision of a Contact Form enabling Users to submit inquiries to the Service Provider.

The provision of specific software development services takes place each time on the basis of a separate agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the client outside of the Website. The Website does not enable direct conclusion of such an agreement or any purchase.

Use of the Website within the scope described above is free of charge.

Proper use of the Website requires:

• an end device (computer, tablet, phone) with internet access,
• a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled,
• an active email address — when using the Contact Form.

The Service Provider notes that the use of services provided by electronic means involves typical online risks (including the risk of malicious software or transmission interception). The Service Provider applies technical measures aimed at minimizing these risks, including TLS-encrypted connections.

The agreement for the service of browsing the Website's content is concluded the moment the User accesses the Website and is terminated upon leaving it.

The agreement for the service of responding to an inquiry submitted via the Contact Form is concluded upon submission of the form and is terminated when the Service Provider replies or when either party ends the correspondence.

Use of the Contact Form requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The User is prohibited from supplying content of an unlawful nature.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, the provisions of these Terms, and good practice.

It is prohibited to take actions that may destabilize the operation of the Website or impede its use by other Users.

The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure that the Website operates correctly and without interruption. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily limit the availability of the Website, in particular for the purpose of maintenance or upgrades.

In relations with Users who are not consumers within the meaning of art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code, the Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the inability to use the Website, errors in data transmission, or force majeure.

The above limitations do not exclude or limit the rights of Consumers under mandatory provisions of law.

Complaints regarding services provided by electronic means may be submitted to: biuro@sevenlabs.pl.

A complaint should include the User's identification (name or company name, email address) and a brief description of the issue.

The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will inform the User of the outcome via the email address indicated in the complaint.

The controller of the Users' personal data is the Service Provider — SEVENLABS Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, identified as in § 1(2).

Detailed rules on the processing of personal data, including purposes, legal bases, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects, are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The content published on the Website (including texts, graphics, logos, source code) is subject to copyright held by the Service Provider or by entities with which the Service Provider has concluded relevant agreements, and is protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.

Use of Website content is permitted only within the scope of personal fair use. Any other use requires prior written consent from the Service Provider.

In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act.

Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider. The above does not exclude or limit the rights of Consumers under mandatory provisions of law.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes by publishing the updated version on the Website. Changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.

These Terms are effective as of May 5, 2026.
